just got a 96 Ultra RMK 680 it came with PSI pipes, and going through this thing last night I found a primary clutch spring that threw me off a bit, It is 1/2 white and 1/2 Light blue, Does anybody know who makes this or what it is for, the secondary has a red spring and we are running 15 wieghts, (55.5 Gram)
it is currantly jetted with 340 (Clutch side), 350, and 360 (mag side) main jets, all needles are in the top notch, Any one know what kind of set up this is??

The jets will be staggered so that makes sense sort of, not entirely sure why they are all different, usually the PTO and Center are the same and the MAG side is the only different one because of the heat from the pipes usually a sidze leaner. You will need to look up the Polaris specs on that spring and see what the rating is.

I used to own one and I ran a polaris blue spring.Polaris should have all the specs.Don't over rev that engine!Try not to go over 8800 rpm because for one it quits making power and the cranks get a weird vibration in them and they won't last long!Nothing beats the sound of a triple winding out and those psi pipes were loud as hell!
