800 non ves timing

My Polaris deep snow shop manual says 25' @3500 rpm....is this right ?
I always thought it was 25'@2500 rpm, and would swear that I have read it in several places that I can't currently remember.
If someone could give me a deffinate on this, it would be greatly appreciated as the "heat soaking" cycles have began on the new Indy Specialties crank, and I want to be absolutly set for when it snows.
