Hi I just purchased a 2020 850. I have 2 brand new 800 Etec belts. Will they work on my 850. Thanks

you can certainly use them as spares to get you off the mountain. But i find the new belts perform best with the current clutching calibrations. The sheave angles have changed slightly aswell.

Interesting info! What degree are the sheaves? I think it’s around 12 or 12.5 degrees but I can’t remember.
When the p-drive first came out, I changed the moveable sheave angle to help reduce belt heat. Then when I went to machine the fixed sheave, well, the wobble clutch was discovered. Two hours after I posted my discovery on Snow and Mud, Brp put out a public notice describing how the wobble works. Brp can get things done when they want to.
Anyhoo, I’m curious as the new sheave angles. Thanks in advance.

I may. The one belt has 40 km on it as I had to install it when I blew a belt on kakwa lake. The the other one is brand new
