yes it runs, looking for 1800, good shape, i'll have to pull it out to check. still not sure of selling, but i don't think i'll ride it again.

you will need a stout right leg, that much i'll say.

not being sexist, well a little bit. is the bike for you, it has no electric start, just a big stomp, maybe send pick of your legs should be interesting.

Woohoo! ;););)

OK, in all seriousness, I rode my buds old XR500 with a kicker, and that thing was freakin dangerous to kick over, especially when it got hot. I remember a couple times when it would kick back so hard it almost broke my leg. Nasty compression!

well then you should be able to kick it over, your tall so will have no problem with seat height. how soon are you thinking as i have to pull it out and should at least go over it.

i have seen guys 6 ft plus try to kick it over and struggle. i'm 5-6 and not sure if i can start it now. been a few years since i rode it 88 i think. should still be able to scare the hell out of me.

yeah it has some compression, but there is a trick to starting it. kick back can put you in the next county. all torque, will climb just about anything in any gear if you can hold on. used to make beer money on starting bike.

Im not positive actually. Ive got my eyes on a few bikes but I am not buying for a little while actually. Im graduating from NAIT in a few weeks and go back to work in May. And my man knows a lot more about bikes than me so ultimately he will decide! lol

i can understand, as i took a look at it the other day and it is taking up space, and i don't think i'll ride it again, shame to let it sit when someone could ride it.

just was amazed that you were interested, old style dirt bike that you will not see anymore. see if i can get pics.
