Hi guys/girls I'm still having a problem with this quad. The TPS was a skew and I fixed that, checked fuel pump and filter and cleaned it. The quad runs very good for about 1 1/2 Hours then doesn't want to take the fuel and or wants to quit, so I shut it off wait 5 min, and away I go all is good for about 1/2 hour than it happens again but more and more frequently. I don't know what to check next. This problem I think started when I over heated this quad because the rad was full of mud last season, ever sense this happen this gremlin has occurred. Is there some module that may be shutting this quad down? Can any body give me some more directions thanks ahead of time. I will look for reply's or u can get a hold of me kc2023@telus.net

A friend of mine had the exact same problem on a can am. Took into the dealer several times and they would say it was good, so we would go riding, machine would heat up and it would lose all power. Leave it for 5 min it would be good etc...
Ended up replacing the fuel pump and its ran like a top ever since.

I'm sorry for not telling everyone what I found. The problem with the King is the vent hose for the gas tank is under the plastic on the right hand side at the back. Very hard to get at. It got clogged with dust and dirt and wouldn't let the air in to the gas tank. It has a check valve on the end that was plugged full,I had to remove the plastic and relocate the hose so I rerouted it up where the breather under the plastic, and I put a clear gas filter on the end. Now I can see if any dirt gets in and it is very easy to get at, and problem is fixed. There you have it.

That little orange and black check valve always goes, its good to reroute to pod but id keep that cv on, or at least get replacement. There's a reason why its there. do ur rear diff vent as well.

hey can you get the expansion baffles for the rear diffs ? (i think the one off the front are the same diameter)
how much ?
