I have a 03 Yamaha Kodiak. I think the actuator motor on the front diff is going. It goes into 2-wheel drive easy but when the 4-wheel drive is ingadged, the motor works hard to lock it up. Sometimes it'll blow the fuse before it locks up. Seems like its drawing to much power and then the 3 amp fuse blows. Could there be some crap inside the motor and housing. I know there's just a o-ring separating them. Any input on this problem would be appreciated. It could also just be getting worn out. The bike has probably 4k on it. If it is the servo motor going, any suggestions on where to get one besides a dealership, because I would think it's pretty pricey.
