Don’t want a pretty boat, just a practical one for that style of water sledding.
Cause you will get dents and scrapes.

Gotta start a 24 thread in the jet boat section… I haven’t been out yet, I’m embarrassed to say…

I have not hit the water yet either. Was looking at the Red Deer river yesterday when I drove over the bridge. Water level seems high enough.

Think all it really needs is a stainless steal wear ring.

They can go pretty shallow until you suck up a rock.

All seadoos need a finer grate to play in the rivers. Otherwise they pick a rocks large enough to either get stuck between the impeller blades or get smashed between the back of the impeller and the stator. The clearance between the impeller and stator is way tighter than the intake grate. The factory grates really just exist to keep arms and legs out of the pump.
