Well I wouldn't say the differences between SP & X are that much, however spring checking and getting extra warranty is always of value IMO

Maybe, but this video didn't really sell me completely on the boards. In sure once I see one face to face I'll have a different opinion.

Warranty is the same if snowchecking either

Thought i heard on one of the vids that the x spring check had 4 years warranty, and the sp only the 1 year warranty????? And can you even spring check a sp??

All Summits and Freerides get the 3 yr warranty and can then add another yr of warranty or estart or a Cyclops camera system. The Sp and X get the same program for spring Ric.

The X is generally 2-3 lbs lighter due to aluminum vs steel bodied shocks

The list the X on both 154/165 as 6 pounds lighter.

Could be the boards as well with the shocks.
