I have 10-62's in now everything is stock, 2000-3000' hitting 8350 rpm no problem, got up in kakwa to about 5500' on friday and was struggling to hit 7800 rpm. Not sure why its struggling so hard with that little of an elevation change? Thoughts or ideas? Heading to Valemount tomorrow for 3 days brought some 10-60's to try out if it continues. Anyone else having issues?

You have something else gibbled, no way you should need to go to 60's anywhere. I ran 62's/64's in Kakwa, Valemount, Mcbride, and around home (not much) 64/66. Check your springs, sticky flyweights, bad belt, wrong spring, something not right.

Thanks guys. I noticed it engaging early today while loading up for valemount. Then read your posts and the primary spring is broken. Only have about 400km on it. Is this common? Just heard from a buddy about a glide washer to save a repeat performance? Anyway thanks for the info.

BIG thanks to Chris C. and Steve S. At Freedom Powersports in Edson. They stayed late to help me out and change my spring. Got the blue/pink slp in her now.

Buy some glide washers from Thunder Products. Put a washer on each side of the spring. Countryside sells them.
