Just wondering if anyone has been bottoming out their sleds? I cranked the spring up some and it isn't cutting it. Anyone switching the shocks out for something adjustable? My old vertical escape had an adjustable shock, why the hell doesn't this 11 year newer sled have one???

Keep in mind the front skid shock really effects the ride too as your body weight is directly above it. They work together so if it is too soft, you will still bottom out the skid.

Have Holz racing revalve for your weight and riding style. $69 a shock. I was amazed at the difference, went from bottoming on everything to hardly ever. I think it even gets on the snow faster now cause I can run the fts spring looser, feels like a new skid. Great option for those of us that cant drop $1200 on aftermarket shocks.

Heavier spring #7043740-067 $110 i believe

I would go with the raptor Tripple rate heavy springs way better spring and they are cheaper you can get the whole set for $200 something

Hey 2014Pro.
I just upgraded my shocks in my skid.
Last year I changed the springs to the Z Bros Exit dual rate springs, they worked great but the rear shock was leaking this summer (hence the upgrade). If you're looking for springs, PM me and I'll give you a good deal on the springs and front shock if you want it.
