2012 summit e-tec gearing

Is there anyone running 19/45 gearing in there 2012 summit e-tec??????????? Instead if the stock 19/51

Assuming you have a 163 then as the 154 does not have 19/51. 19/51 is quite low even for the 163. 20/51 would be better with stock clutching. You will pick up a few mph while climbing with the 20.

Yes i have the 163, I only put a stronger spring in my secondary other than that stock

I wouldn't personally drop all the way to 19/45 with a 163, especially if the 2.5". If you don't have a 20 pick one up. Its cheaper and you won't have to replace the chain (or remove links)

Clutching and gearing is subjective though and depends on your wants of the sled. Guys who climb more have a different set of wants than guys who do a lot of boondocking, then there are the guys who like a little bit of everything.
