2012 800XP Gas guage quit working - no bars - help

2012 800XP works great
Then I lost the gas guage
It has no bars - like the tank is empty - but it is full.
Not exactlly sure but also seems like the hand warmers did not warm up properly last ride.

checked the main fuses at the battery - they are okay
is there another fuse system some where else???

Any one else have this problem

on my 08 xp the handle bar warmers work intermittent,along with the fuel gauge,ive heard they are that way,my fuel gauge never worked for most of the season last year and this year is working fine,never caused a issue so i never looked into it

There is a small tube fuse for the gas gauge behind the lower airbox make sure its ok. Its easy to see when you slide the lower airbox out. Right behind the carbs.
