Parking lots were a mess this morning even with plows working until 3am the night before. We apologize for any issues users may have faced today with the deep snow in the staging areas.

Plows have been sent out again to deal with the onslaught

Any idea what to expect tomorrow? I'm coming with my girlfriend. It's her first time on a sled so I think our day will be pretty close to the cabin at Allen. At least I get to go riding eh?

Anyone know anything about the 6 guys that have not come out of clemina. Heard search and rescue was looking for them but that's it.

There is an updated grooming report on the previous page for those interested.

I was out in chappell today. No tracks anywhere, pushin minimum of 1'and maximum of 4':p Total snow depth on a flat open surface was 325cm. Weather stations near the area read over a meter of snow in the last week. Chappell will also be groomed up again tonight, but it sounds like similar reports from all the riding areas.

Words really cannot describe the snow out there. Every time you got off your sled, you had to find a way to get back on......lol

Ive looked at my pictures from the day and none turned out due to the poor weather, except for the one below. I think it speaks for itself !

was at clemina today. made it about 1/2km from the cabin and played around the creeks and trees all day. Not a single track and didn't see anybody all day. About an average of 2' of pow. Was the first day I have almost ran the pro out of gas. Was snowing all day so it should be good up there again tomorrow. Don't know anything about the guys up there. Was told there was 2 guys. Heard the chopper a couple times but I imagine there job was difficult with the lack of visibility.

Was in Clemina today and took a quick poke into the valley where the guys are stuck. I got about 100 feet down and ripped a nut to head out and barely crawled out. Due to the wind blowin over the ridge and all the pow settlin in that valley it is crazy deep. With all the skill in the world you still are gonna be screwed if ya dont have a 174 3" or some serious boost. Choper came this morning but couldnt do nothin due to high winds. As for conditions, I got to the cabin at 9am and was out of fuel by 3pm, kinda says it all!!!! Great snow at all areas. BRING YOUR SHOVEL

Where are they stuck? Not to many places in clemina that are that hard to get out of?

I agree, normaly yoiu can pull out of any area in there no prob but the snow that day was extremely bottomless!!! I am guessin they ran out of fuel while tryin to get out. When I poked in there the tracks were already blown in and I didnt see nothing and would have had a hell of a time gettn out myself.
