Hey All,

We have been receiving a few questions about prize donations for the snowandmud jamboree. All prize donations are graciously accepted, I know lots of people like to just bring their donations with them to the campground and that works fine. However if you need something picked up contact myself and I will make arrangements to get them from you!

Also this year, we will have sponsorship packages available. There is more info to come on these.

Thanks!

i have always brought donations to the campout, and will be doing so again this year. i just think it would be easier for me (and maybe others?) if we had some sort of an idea on how many kids and what ages will be there, that we could buy for. it would be nice if ALL kids, as well as adults, were able to walk away with at least one prize. is it possible to start some sort of list of how many kids and what their ages are?

I think Kerry at Outwest is keeping track of adults vs kids:beer:

I like the idea of knowing how many kids are coming, it would make organizing the Saturday afternoon activities much easier too. I'll start and trust one of the mods to make it easier to add to the list!! :d

Does this mean we might have a volunteer for helping organize the kids events :d  If you would like to start a thread like "Kids Attending The Snow and Mud Jamboree" or something to that affect, I can make it a "sticky" and you will be able to monitor and add to the list yourself. This thread might also be a great way to gather suggestions and ideas from parents to what they would like to see us do for the kids on Saturday as well. ;)

Can be anything you dont have to give cash. Use that cash and buy some prizes for the event.

Thanks
