I don't believe its coming from Outlook, I would guess it's coming from your ISP, likely Telus, the only functionality that I'm familar with as far as spam is concerned is the junk mail folder. Microsoft doesn't use the term 'SPAM' very much.

You should be able to log into your Webmail and adjust those settings. If you're having problems contact technical support (Telus 310-4NET) and they may be able to help you.

if its not your internet provider and the email is linked to a Domain you will need to change your Domain Settings with your Domain provider.

This is correct...log into you internet account (not webmail) and adjust your spam filter to delete at their end...I've never had an issue with lost mail.

Thanks All

Yes the words ***SPAM*** is generated by the Avast Pro Antivirus Software and marks all suspicious emails as ***SPAM*** .

Which basicaly meant all emails by the looks of it

NOT happy with AVAST PRO -- no support to call just post a concern on their chat page and hope someone replies - has been a week - no answer - I found it myself searching through AVAST thanks to the help of S&M members
Thanks guys!!!

That is crap for a $79.00 program you should get tech support....
