This year the ASA Mountain Jamboree is in the Crowsnest Pass.
There are many activites this year for all.

FRIDAY:preregistration & Social

SATURDAY: 60 Km. Poker Rally North
-Snow Drags
-In Town Poker Rally
-Peep n Seek for the kids ages 12-17
-Banquet

SUNDAY:100 Km. Poker Rally South

There will be lots to do with the family,so don't miss this event

just wanted to say thanks to the organizers of the drags, we had a ton of fun and it ran super smooth. lotsa fast iron. propane seamed to be the fuel of choice today! just needed some more exposure and advertising. Good Job everyone :beer:

second that for the drags, and lane 2 run out was good for water skipping;). and the guys on propane were cheating i think cause they didn't have there kabob cookers on the back. :dlol

Local club built the track and organized security, food, etc. Crew from SSRA ran the races. Brad, Brienne, Jim, and Dale from SSRA did 99% of the race duties and I helped out a little. Glad you had fun! Hope you didn't find the announcer too annoying....

Rally was good also. We missed the races. Here is a pic of the youngest rider who drove her own sled the whole 70 kms. She is 8 yrs old and her sled is a 91 Phazer

It was an excellent ride, but man am I sore.... trail was pretty pounded out by the time we got on it. I couldn't have even won oldest sled as someone out there was on a 1975 John Deere Liquifire....... wonder how he's feeling today..... Sled ran good, scenery was awesome, weather was even better. I will attend another "Jamboree"!
