Hey guys, just bought my first ever sled (2009 Assault ) from the states ( USED 800 miles )just wondering if and or what recalls there were, and if i could get them done since its from the states! I will talk to a dealer but just wanted to see what others have had done to their machines.

I don't believe you will have any warranty, there were some reflashes and a couple of recalls on the 09 Assaults. Other than the engine issues that Poo has had with the 800's, it is a great sled!

That bites I never had a problem with mine but to be safe I would buy a fuel commander dynotec or slp it will save you from a melt down and get some extra horse power.the dealer won't update it before you buy it they say they will do the updates on any 08 and newer for free because it's a recall not warrant would check in to it
