What do you think the issue could be? Should i replace all fuses/relays first and then look at a fuel pump? Does anyone know how much a fuel pump is, or where I can get a used one?

Since you're not accurately describing your problem, I can only offer little help.

Is it Carb'd? pull the fuel line off that goes to the bowls, and then turn the key to your quad on.... See if fuel comes out of there. If not, you have figured out that it isnt the Carb. This doesn't neccesarily mean that it is the fuel pump, however... Pull the gas cap off of your tank and then try turning the quad on again... If fuel comes out, you've narrowed it down to the tank... Check the vent lines on the top of the tank.... if you ride like I do, its quite possible that the vent line is plugged with mud.
