Does anyone know where to download a free shop manual for a 2005 scrambler 500?

no but if its a spark plug issue yes the tank has to come off to access it. Most common scrammy question, i own one.

If you go to gen3usa.com I beleive they have a shop manual posted in the 500's section. I've changed the plug on my 500 without removing the tank, it's not easy though!
