I know its to the wheels, but I would expect a 3600 CC 2 stroke to make more than 220Hp
one hp per cubic inch is decent power at the crankshaft, let alone at the rear wheels. I think it would be a pretty light powerplant, it is a claimed 300hp stock

One HP per ci is good in a 4 stroke vehicle application, a 350hp small block is a good running engine. But, just saying there must be alot more potential in there. 220hp for a 3.6L, would be a 61hp 1000cc.... Imagine what you could do with it! If a RT1000 had 170hp, you should be able to get over 600 out of that thing!
