Who is running the c3 or equivalent post forward kit on their 1100? What is your height and weight if you don't mind? I am 5'8" an about 200 and trying to decide whether or not to go with the 2 or 3". Opinions are appreciated.

I have the 2" block in mine. It seems to have raised the bars about 1". I'm 6'3" and 250. I had to cut the air box and the hood a little to get everything back together. I think the 3" would be better but a lot more cutting. Like the steering feel now a lot better, your not touching your knees when you turn the bars.

I was leaning toward the 3" but was just unsure if it will work. Thanks for the info.

Also you have to watch the charge tube also. You have to kinda cheat the hoses over too cause they rub. And if you move them too far the hoses get collapsed under the head light/air box.

I'm running 3" post forward and it barely clears my exhaust but works awesome. When compared to the vertical steering it is nearly the same as far as bar swing but it is a lot stronger. I also just installed a Bikeman 3" exhaust and my steering post luckily clears it too. After seeing the flex in a vertical steering setup I will be rocking a chromoly post and post forward setup instead.

Well I took the plunge and I ordered the 3 inch. I will let you all know how it goes.
