What is your opinion on this track. Is it as good as the 2.5 extreme. How well does it work as an all around track

It made my M8 a lot more fun. Hooks up better, brakes better, overall the sled just performs better. I don't have a 2.5" challenger extreme to compare it to I'm pretty happy with the swap.

I've run both the 2.5" CE and the 2.6" PC. It is my OPINION that the 2.6" PC is a better all around track then the new notchless CE 2.5, the older style with the notches in the paddles has a slight edge.

Do you run the 2.6 PC on your Poo?

I changed out my 2.25 powerclaw on my 2009 M1000 162 and put the new 2.6 track on and I have had it out several times in Fernie in nice deep snow and I can say it makes a big difference! Pops up on snow better and it pulls and pulls, very impressed with it!! For the $650 upgrade by time you sell your old track it is well worth it! I do notice a bit more noise on the trail but not much.

I had the 2.5 CE on my 2012 ProClimb, now I'm riding the 2014 with the 2.6 PowerClaw. There is a HUGE difference in performance between the two tracks, the PowerClaw doesn't trench like the CE and really shines in the deep stuff. Absolutely LOVE the handling of the track in deep conditions, although I know from experience that it doesn't brake as well in spring hard packed conditions as my hubby has the same track on his 2013. Overall it's the 2.6 PowerClaw for the win!
