i have this old sled and my son was out riding it and now there seems to be oil coming out of every place you can think of any thoughts?

Carbs over fueling? Chain case? Motor block? Fuel line cracked? Some thing Loose on carb? Bolts mounting carbs to motor loose? Head gasket? Other gaskets?

Pretty vague description of the problem. You'll have to give more info. Wash it off and start it to see where it is coming from or at least to find where it is not coming from.

Time to buy a newer snow-machine

those old sleds slobbered oil out of exhaust real bad,remember its 20 to 1 mix, if its coming from the exhaust.,try tightening the manifold bolts. not too much now., if exhaust leak is noticable ,replace exhaust gaskets.cheap fix.,AND if its head gaskets., retorque to 25 lbs ,and or replace those gaskets too.

more than likely time to do a tear down and rebuild. you can bandaid it only so much.

100 bucks there is a bolt missing or broken in the exhaust manifold. Did you notice it getting louder at all?
