19 rzr axle issues

Have a 2019 xp1000 turbo. Have any of you had worn axles? I have 2000 km on this and the splines are sacked, dealer is telling me all 4 need replacement.
lots of play at the spline end, I’m saying just crappy metal to ware this fast…need to review before forking out for new ones.

Yes its a known issue, my '15 XP 1000 has play in those as well.

The problem is the splined tube the axles sit in also wear, not sure an axle replacement is going to cure the issue without replacing those as well.

They wear fast. Buying new ones will solve the issue for a bit but will wear again. I personally would run them till you break on then replace with Demon. They stay tight for a long time. I got one stock axle and you should see how loose that one is!

They sit in a cup. Both cup and axle wears. Front can be really loose. Like rattle loose going down hills

Awesome guys thanks, my Xp 900 never had this issue. 4500 km on it now and it’s sound. Buddy said buy a x3 and the problem will go away lol.

Get a decent set of axles, the Rhino 2.0 are decent, there thicker and have better wearing materials.
