With pump 91 being .70/L why is 100LL still 1.70-1.65/L?

Airports sell the gas based on the last price they bought it at. At smaller airports, they may not go through a lot of fuel so until they go through the expensive fuel, the price will stay hi.

Its based on supply contracts and they most likely locked in a price for stability before the dollar swung and oil tanked.
