Hey just wondering what/how would be the best setting for my wifes 09 M6 suspension when it came from the dealer she is hard as a rock for a huge guy and will kill her when we go riding.

When i got my m8 it was the same way. All i did was drain most of the air out then put it back in. Now if i let it sit for a week , it will be stiff at first then gets back to soft. Im at about 105psi. Im 200+
