hey all my 07 m1000 had a low end bog. i replaced the rollers and pins and the helix. also put a new 046 cat belt. bogs gone and it runs well. I heard rattling sound and when I took side cover off the lower part of the belt was rattling up and down and rattling off the primary sheave. the primary looks like its out of balance maybe. hard to tell. I never touched it so cant see what would have changed. does anyone know if the 046 belt is longer than stock one making it sloppy and rattling against the sheave? or is my pto end ready to break off

They have been known to cause some issues and will cause some funny things. What clutch is it a 4 post or a 3?

No the belt is the same length its just made from a softer compund. I can't see this being your issue. Yeah id check the motor mounts. Does the whole sled vibrate really bad at idle?

The 046 belt is what that model came with its is the right one.Have you checked your belt deflection? It could be a simple shim adjustment. Also your idle could be a bit low and that makes the 1000 shake more then normal I run around 1900 for a idle you don't want to go much higher as it won't shift in to reverse if it's to high. hope this helps

X3 on deflection idle and mounts probably a upper mag mount , at idle that clutch whips around like a kitchen aid mixer
