I have an 06 adreniline 800 151. The sled works great but always left wanting more. It has Stock clutching and I have dropped the gearing down a bit to 20-45. I can only holds 41 MPH track speed give or take a couple.
I weigh about 195 before all my gear. I have been told to put in a spring with more finish preasure and throw maore wiehgt in it?
I have also been told to drop the gearing to 20-47. It holds 8000 RPM so that isn't the problem.
I would like to know what has worked for others. Facts would be best but certainly open to suggestions.
Thanks

On my 04 Rev, geared it at 19/45, 38-44 helix with Doo's roller secondary[upgraded, not sure if 06 is roller or not], stock springs with 16 grams arm weight on primary. Worked good until 2' wet powder on hill. Geared down to 19/47 as to what BC guys recommend. Sled has 159 so maybe your gearing should work. Sled has much better back shifting with roller secondary.

call Tom at Mot's Machining in St. Albert. He sells a clutch kit that works well. I can't remember what it is called but it works well. It hooks up great. It costs roughly about 385.00

Just rode Frisby today. Wick powder and clutching was working good.
