not to mention i have found since they sold it to their son the service has gone way down hill and the attitude around there stinks ... imo

my sled was also stolen from ECKO... security seems to be an issue there im really good friends with a former employee and i have heard some serious stories of thefts attempted thefts and keys being left in units... since i have to take my replcement there for service its dropped off and picked...

i heard at leat one of the sleds was not even PDIed yet just like it was when they took it out or the crate is the way it was when it was stolen

im not sure if they were broken into last year i know of a few people who have lost sleds from there i know my sled will not be spending any time there same day appoinments only no sleepovers for my baby id rather like to keep it
