Yes , im not a fan of cast pistons as well. Some guys swear by them...i just swear at them :d Reason i asked about the gap was if it was way off there could have been some piston rock back and forth leading to what happend. Lucky that happened just off idle, would have had a nice set of cases...

My play around bike. M0FuK1Dy, don't cheap out on suspension whatever you do, save for good $hit. 80HP is pretty fun when you have the suspension to back it up. If i could do it all again, i would have done the suspension before anything else.....

Brutal. Were you up in the upper RPM's when she let go or just ****ing around on and off it? Who threw it together? What was the ring gap? Pressure test it? What did the compression kick at when tested? What fuel? Stock timing? On YFZ central & YFZtech? Sucks when **** happens............

Yup, bought the same one from Costco as well on sale for $330. 190cc Honda engine with a Karcher pump. Very nice unit for the cheap price. 3000psi and 2.5gpm, more than enough power for a couple hundred bux... Always starts on 1-2 pulls and doesn't skip a beat. Had it for a few months now...

Ditch the riser idea and grab yourself a Roll design or LSR +2 anti vibe Chromoly stem. ASR and Fireball makes a nice one as well, just i haven't used theirs yet. Trust me on this one. Best of both worlds. I love mine.
