I checked the fuel pump draws 4.5 amps and 60 psi that was with 12 volt battery and fuel line still hooked to sled. If run 12volts from a battery it starts and runs if plugged in to harness it won't start and pump only puts out 40 psi when cranking. Changed voltage regulator, stator, capacitor.
