I just bought it and I have very little history on it (don't know what elevation its jetted for). Looking to buy a few jets and make a jet chart so that it can be adjusted no matter where it's being ridden.
How dangerous and deep are they usually? Ive heard of people dying in them and Ive seen people walk into them and climb trees, then fall off the tree and into them, and walk away fine on YouTube. How cautious should I really be?
We usually go in a pretty small group of 4-6 people. Rarely any more. We all head down at the same time. One truck leads the other one follows. We stay at the same hotel and everything and sled the whole time we're there :P
I'm always paranoid about rolling my sled down some hills and twisting out the frame or wrecking something... What does it really take to twist a 2014 Summit SP? I've seen Ashley Chaffin abuse her Renegade on YouTube and it held up... Is a Summit any different in how strong it is?
Looking to go out soon... Maybe this coming weekend or the next. How much snow is there right now (in feet)? Really hoping theres lots i wanna get out there.
If there is lots, any avalanches yet and where??
Thanks :)
I was told to introduce myself... So hey :P
I'm Nathan, 13 years old from Spruce Grove Alberta. I ride in McBride but i've been a few other places too. Renshaw's my favourite. I ride a 2014 Ski-Doo Summit SP 154" 800. No mods... yet.
I love anything to do with sledding and love making sled...
