Re: 2016 Polaris Axys Teaser Vid
Watching that video was a couple minutes I'll never get back. I like the pro's, but that vid was a waste of everyone's time, unless I missed any useful info?? Also. If you can tell from pausing that video that it's a 3" track and not a 2.7, then you must have...
Does anyone know where you can buy JUST the reed petals for the stock reed cage? The polaris parts manual only shows that they sell the whole assembly. My reed petals are chipped and I don't care to go with aftermarket ones. and mainly I don't want to have to pay for the whole assembly, when...
There's a couple guys I was gonna ride with on Saturday, but they may or may not be going now...
I still gotta find some riders for Sunday regardless tho.
Wondering if there's any group heading out to the Valemount area that wouldn't mind an extra sledder with them this weekend.
Ive ridden lots of mountain areas (Mainly Fernie/Sparwood, Revy, Kakwa, etc) and have quite a bit of riding experience, but Ive never ridden Valemount, and would like to...
Anyone heading out around Radium tomorrow? Forester? Paradise? Ive been to Forester a few years ago.
I'm staying with some family in town (all skiiers...) I'm by myself looking to tag along with a group. I'm a good experienced rider, no need to babysit.
The first place you should start is by heading to the Swan City Snowmobile Club General meeting on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 door's open at 7:00 pm and meeting starts at 7:30 pm, Quality Inn, Rotary Room.
You will get ALL the information you need there, and meet some guys you'll see out on the...
SnowTech is the only magazine I've found that has useful information. Seems like all the other Sleddin magazines I've read just tell us about stuff we already know, and just have company adds
I bought one in GP this fall, what a rip off. $80 for something that looks like a photocopy version. As far as I know, there isn't a nice laminated cover copy. Its just about 200ish pages with some crappy binding to keep it half assed together.
IMO, find an online version and get it printed...
Timber, its really easy to sit here and say that there should be camp fees, (Trust me, its been heavily discussed) BUT...theres more legal restrictions than you can believe since its crown land. There is stuff in the works for camps hopefully for next year.
You bring up some good ideas, theyre...
Well, I'm headin to camp tomorrow, then I hope some people are around to go for a ride with on Sat/Sun.
Should have some good snow after this bit of a dump around town.
I double checked this. Its the same as all previous years still. Kakwa (BC) is open to sledding Dec 1- April 15/30.
The rule of 1 meter of snow is ONLY for the Groomer.
Here's a link to the Gov't website. It has TONS of info, read up :). The management plans and everything else that you...
I'll be out next weekend. Time to start breaking some trail before the snow gets too deep. Looks like the lake is frozen good in the pics. Looks like we still gotta stick to the meadows and areas we know dont have rocks.
Sirzones: No one said they were in Deadhorse meadows (unless somethin...
I might be able to make it tonight, if I don't have a job out of town.
I guess I'll just look for the guys with their Ski-Doo jackets and Klim gear? lol
Ummm.. I saw this too, and I'm not sure where this is coming from....
The groomer isn't allowed past the border until there's 1meter of snow, but there's no regulation on sledding as far as snow amounts go, ONLY dates. BC Kakwa is open to sleddin on Dec 1-April 15 in designated areas, and til...
Hmm, sounds too pricey. Besides, I just bought an BCA Float 30 a couple weeks ago.
Back on topic....I bought the BCA because of the price, and its cheaper to get refilled every year.
I didnt weigh the BCA vs the ABS or Snowpulse, so im not sure which is heavier, but i know the BCA felt...
