I had the same thing happen with mine this summer. My son was out riding and put a log through the floor board on the pasenger side. The floor board just shattered.
I found once I got my Rhino the Quad just sit in the shed, We have not been out once with the quads in the past year. Just the Rhino. It may not be as fast but it is a lot easier on the body ( for us old guy's) and it does not get stuck in the mud as often,
Was at the cottage this week end and came home today. The snow is going fast. we still have about 3 feet but depending where you go there may not be any. Ice is still good about 16 inches.
I have the lights but i want to try and hook them up so they come on when I shift into reverse. From what I have heard the 2008 Rhino comes per wired to hook this up. All you have to do is plug into the conectors under the box and put a new relay in an empty plug in the battery box. I am just...
I have seen a few posts on adding a reverse light on a 2008 Rhino. All you have to do is add a rely and use the conections under the box. Has any one done this? I have looked but can't find the wire conections or where you have to plug in a relay. Any pic's would be great.
I don't know about the 09' but the problem seem to be with the 08'. The dealer said it shows up real bad after about 800 to 1000K is put on the machine. So far most of the machines he sold in May have come in with the same problem.
Just a quick note to let everyone know that there is a production problem with the 2008 Rhino clutch. I just had mine replaced under warrenty, the whole assembly. It would have cost over $1200 if I had to do it myself. The dealer said he has done 8 of them in the past month all with the same...
I have mudlites and they are great. they will chew through any thing. The only time i have got stuck is when I have sunk down and the frame is resting on a rock and the tires can't get a grip. If one tire grabs out you come.
I have an 08 700FI Rhino, You will love it. Once you start using it the atv's will stay at home. We have 3 atv's and we have only used one of them all summer, the rhino is just so much better to ride in. We have put over 1K on the rhino this summer and maybe 20 miles on the atv.
Does any one know where to buy rhino parts and stuff in Canada. All that I can find are out of the states. Like Blackrhino, rhinogiant and such. Their prices are good but to ship stuff to canada by the time you pay the shipping and custom brokers fees, it's not worth it.
Back in the day I would have $60.00 bucks for the week to spend. On Friday I would fill up the car, buy a 40 ozer, a 24 of beer and a carton of smokes. That would leave me with enoght for coffee every day until the next Friday. Makes you feel old man.
It all depends on your spending habits. If you normaly make large purchaces on your card they will not call to confirm. I have had my card stolen a couple of times. It has not cost me a cent just the pain in the butt to get a new card. The first time they ran up over $20K the second time just...
Seen your post and you said that you where in the Baysville area. Did you stop at a bar called the Pavillon and leave a Business Card for Snow and Mud? That is how I found this site from the card. I have a cottage in this area and have been snow and mud riding here for over 30 years.
