I'm going to agree with the majority and say -20*C is my limit. My buddy went out the other night to try and put some break in miles on his new sled, lasted 20 miles before calling it a night. It was close to -30*C. Just not worth it he said. I'm glad I stayed home.

Get the vest! I bought one on the advise of a fellow sledder who uses one and like (holdmybeerandwatchthis )states the weight is spread out across a wider surface with the vest opposed to the thin straps of a back pack.
