Full snow coverage all the way from the parking lot, bumps sucked but definitely not the worst I've ridden. Few of the creeks were starting to ice up too but was well worth it

Rode Chappell today, was a little skeptical due to rain in the parking lot but turned to snow at the higher elevations and ended up having an epic day with up to 3 feet of pretty heavy untouched . Started to get tracked out by the end of the day though

Yeah 600+ 2 strokes are a nono I'm a much more avid slender than her and my 600 etec is perfect for me plus she can't even pull start my sled. We all ride doo so I'm thinking that's the road she's headed down. I don't think she's a big fan of the 2 stroke smell either... Haha

Would the 290 big bore be much more powerful than a regular 250? Or should I just keep lookin at 2 strokes?

I found an 08 kx 250f with an Athena 290 big bore kit on it. The bike looks like it in really good shape but I was wondering if you think I would out grow the bike too soon?

So I'm 14 5'8 and 140 lbs I've been riding for about 9 or 10 years so I'm pretty experienced. I'm coming off a kx 100 and I find under powered and boring now. Guys on thumpertalk are saying a 2t is too big. I'd like a smoker but I also like husky 310's. what do you guys think?

So I'm lookin at 250 2 strokes but I'm not quite sure what brand to go with. I like them all but I'd say kawi and yamaha are my favorites. What do you recommend?:bike:
