    Can't start 2004 a/c king cat 900

    Hello, I just bought a 2004 KING CAT 900, I cant seem to pull the rope out more than 4-6 ", I know its a huge motor but I last had a 700 Wildcat and could pull that one over with ease any advise ? Thx Steve
