14 pro RMK still in the crate! Picked it up yesterday. Not sure if I'll even take it out of the bag until next season . Stupid cheap deal. Couldn't pass it up.
I know its a nice sled, but looking at the 2014 brochure online, it says the same crap as last years , its the same weight as last year, no improvents to the quick drive, which is needed, If i get a look under a 2014 and see a shaft with a clamp on it....... what the hell does that say!!! to me...
For a launch they are very unorganized IMO. Half the polaris website is not working, features unavail to look at anything snow related. The facebook page is the same way. Pics of sleds but customization features are unavailable. Not info up either on the sled, just pics. If all i see is BNG and...
Ohhhhh man !!!!! This is great news. This is going to lock me into buying a dodge 1500 for sure. I tow a 3500lb camper, with boat, and quad, in summer, sleds in winter, this is going to be the perfect fit for what I and my family needs. Love the ride of the 1500 over the 2500, I love the cummins...
My buddy just had his pro 2011 in for the same issue. The guys in the shop changed everything on this sled and nothing would solve the problem, hooked a fuel pressure regulator to check pump pressure, everything was good. Last option to try was the stator and replace the entire electrical...
Snow south east of PA is incredible. Also from Macdowal through the fields to St. Louis are outstanding. My 144 2in is starting to have to work pretty hard now. Been throwing a wack of clutching at it this week. Got er dialed now.
It will help clear up the staining to a degree. Depends how long they have been stained in. I like to use this product right after a complete wash and scrub of the film.
So i was bored at work today and had my sled in the shop with me, been doing
some clutching work on it. I started to clean the sled up a bit, and have been
bothered for some time from all the smoke staining down the bottom right hand
side of the sled that comes from the exhaust. I am a paint...

So the new secondary spring went in today 160/280. 3 delrins washers as well. I scrubbed the belt in sunlight dish soap and a red scotchbrite pad, amazing what came off the belt. On the flat it will rip up to 8300 no problem and in the deep it held 7900 rpm quite well, it would bog to 7300 as...
Belt on it has 500 miles, first belt it had lasted 1260miles. could be a bad belt, i am going to be changing the secondary spring to a 160/280 and put on a new belt, see what happens.
2012 600 rmk 144. 1700 miles now. 340 miles on clutch belt, just had the primary spring changed to a bright green epi. 150/340 at 1440 miles. I can get 8300 rpm but as i get into the deep in a field or cattail edge it just wont hold the rpm, it drags down to 7500rpm then once i come through it...
