i got the e start on mine just cause i had money to blow, prob wouldnt have if I was broke. I dont think 15 or whatever pounds makes a dif to me. Put a jaws can on as well, that lost a couple pounds. Even with the e start my sled is still lighter than my bros summit hands down.
had my brand new rmk stolen in whistler a couple months ago, thank god the cops got it back that morning... the other sled they stole was pretty banged up. My bro was more choked about it than I was. He was gonna park his truck and sled in the same lot as bait and camp in the bush with a shotgun...
New to whist, met lots of boarders and skiers that know the backcountry but they dont have sleds. I usually ride with my brother but we have opposite shift work most of the time. If anyone in the area wants to ride and show me a thing or five let me know. would like to get the most outta my 2012...
