i have about 1600 miles on it, and everything looks great, but last season i landed on a stump right on my clutch. had .0085 runout on the pto side of the crank. i was on borrowed time to finish last season!
greased main bearings but the con rod and wrist pin bearings are still just oil thru the case, which is why i was wondering if these parts really require the addional lube. i think im leaning towards a reflash just to be safe.
im just finishing up doing a full top and bottom rebuild on my 11 etec, is there any way to avoid taking it to the dealer to have a break in mode flashed to the ecm? can i just run it or not advised as i cant get any extra oil into it?
Im looking to sell my 2011 summit Everest etec 154. Wondering what kind of price I should put on it. 1600 MILES, skinz airframe boards, skins rear bumper, mod rods front bumper, mbrp can, quick clickers, ski doo fuel can and tunnel bag.

Belt is too tight. When mine did that it was very difficult to get into reverse. Loosed your secondary a little bit.

That's a whole lot of not enough info. My 11 etec had a stumble/ hesitation while I still had old fuel in it. Fresh premium and its been good since.

Yes i installed the les strip lights. Got em off ebay. Need to make sure you get the bigger led's and as many on a strip as you can. I have 8 strips of various lengths in the trailer. Each strip is 16' long and the trailer is 29' so I had to run wire to the back of the trailer to power the rear...
Been doing some reading about re packing the pto bearing, seems like a simple job I just need to know where to get the "isoflex" grease and a new bearing seal. Both dealer items or local parts shop?

has anyone else tried spraying their sled with neverwet? I just picked some up and figure it should keep some of the snow weight off the machine. any thoughts?
thanks Maxwell. ive been tossing the idea around for awhile now. I will see if I can fins anything as the sask sled show this weekend and go from there.
I'm looking at installing the bmp etec performer bolt on kit and the bmp high alt pipe. total claimed gain of 14-15 hp. i think that a 175-178 hp pull and ride machine for $1600 would be great. wondering if anyone has installed these parts and has any input?

you need a 16mm to loosen the rear bogeys and a 10 mm for the adjuster. rode with a new xm last weekend and the track got really loose fast. his machine came with the 10/13mm wrench but he could not find a 16mm.
