K got it. Turn off to Welsh Lakes was up about 6 yrs. ago on a trail to the top with a turn around.If you got off your sled you sank to your arm pits nice views up there but didn't see any lakes ,maybe got 6-8 km in. Thanks
Made it up early Dec not sure about google map shows lots of trees but when you get there we went up the left side pretty open with stock sleds if you got turbo you can pick any line.My son has been there since but not made it up because of over cast or windy conditions.I would think its pretty...
Pano-dude is right best to have chains,I have seen it icey coming in from Invermere also but it's a better road.I think there is a bit of a climb after the river crossing.
Radium/Forester best kept secret .Was up Dec3-4 with my son . The Road gets plowed good parking,trail had been groomed, and they added on to the cabin.Played in the meadows saturday for my ride it was overcast ,first ones in sunday Blue sky and sunny and got up Thunder and Whirl Pool lakes...
What about the pivot arm assembly will this cause this??? Is it a big job to change subframe??? How much time will it take . Never worked on the Yamaha it's my son's sled. How much will the dealer bill be??
Nytro FX 08 . Replaced right lower a arm and right spindle because of hitting rock. Now the right ski sits back further than the left . The spindle right appears to be sitting straight up and the left spindle leaning way back . Is this because the sub frame bent ???? One shock sits ahead more...
Easy drive hyw 2 Calgary take Stoney Trail bypass thur Calgary 93 hyw at Castle Mtn Jtn. 5 1/2 -6 hr pulling trailer 27' to Radium. Used to go thur Airdrie ,Cochrane, Morlely. Just better road conditions the first way. 2 lanes and no road hills thur cullies. IMO
X2 same set for my truck.Pulled 27' Triton trailer last weekend also up to Forster . SCC Super Z LT I have learned now to put them on before the climb after we spun out and had every thing start to slide back down the hill ,scary feeling.Stopped put put them on and had no problems going up...
Wilmer rd. via Westside is easier and shorter,Forster i think is a bigger area better if you got some vis to get up the falls,snowed last weekend poor vis but deep.
Was up last weekend with 27' Triton trailer,park at the water shed parking just before the bridge or go to westside rd dog lake parking.Easier climb coming in from Invermere than Radium .Road was ice due to the rain hard to walk around truck let alone drive. had super Z cable chains one...
Was up 28th and 29th trail was groomed thursday great conditions .Road was plowed. Remember to deposit your trail fees in mail box if no ones there, heard club paid $2500 also for plowing the road .
You can run your wire over to key and splice and solder one to purple wire one to black ,shrink tube or tape,never have a loose connection that way,part numbers will not matter.Less connections the better.Works on mine.
