Have a 1995 Skidoo Summit 583 and I'm just curious of why there are three oil lines coming out of the tank. One is on the bottom and is the main supply as it goes to the oil pump. The two others are on the side of the tank, one about 2" from the bottom and the other about 4" from the bottom...
Jeff, thanks for your reply and I do take it as good advise.
660canuck: Thanks for the specs. Isn't it recommended to run two different sizes, PTO and MAG sides? 350/340? Everything I'm reading looks like 330/320 for sealevel, which would be leaner than what you have, wouldn't it?
I don't go up in the mountains very often anymore and I'm pretty sure the HAC is acting up. It is 15-16 years old too.
I think I've figured it out, with the help of my brother.
Machine is a 1995 Summit 583 (well, MFG date is June 1994, so I'm not sure if it is a 94 or 95)
Pilots: 40
Mains...
Can I ask what those specs are?
I'm having trouble finding the info on what size jets to use.
I also have a 1994 summit that I believe the HAC is messing up on. I rarely go to the mountains anymore so I figured I'd just remove the HAC and jet it for low altitude.
