ok, so i brought it to the dealer after much frustration. i should have just done this at the beginning. Flashed/Updated the ecu and we're good to go! looks like i learned something new. if you can't figure it out, just needs a flash!
yeah i've already double checked that connection. its fine. skimmed through the other ones as well and everything looks ok. such a pain in the arse to see anything in there :twitch:

i finally got the sled together and running. bled all the lines as best as i could before start up. runs and sounds great BUT immediately after start up it does THIS:

the manual says "SHUTDOWN" means engine overheating... but the sled hasn't run...
its been far too long since i pulled this machine apart (approx 1.56yrs) and i can't figure out where these connectors go!! AM I BLIND?! :confused:
the first one pictured here is a 3 prong female plug under the instrument cluster... wire colors are wht/red, red/blk, blk.

i know this might be a long shot but im looking for the PTO side rear motor mount for my 2008 Summit X. i just finished the engine rebuild and wanted to break it in this weekend, however, while installing the fresh motor i realized the motor mount is all MASHED!
need a new one or at least a...
getting closer to crankcase assembly. just wondering if anyone has ever used this product? i was looking for YamaBond last night but this was all they had. Said it would work, still curious though.
