The old silver sands resturant is open again she has great food and has two rooms for rent and they are very comfortable and very reasonably priced. check it out !!

I know the people at the Silver sands store and they have parking for people who want to off-load sleds. They also have breakfast and home-made burgers, fries, baking and if you stop and check-in in the morning, Sherri (the owner) may have a dinner/supper special.:d

stop at the old silver sands food/gas station there is a small store and a restaurant that are open 6am-8pm great food and some times she has a cabin for rent. she will be able to direct you into riding areas

The Lac La Biche area north and east has enough snow to go out. Been sledding for almost two weeks now, Have to take easy here and there but still lots of riding. Too bad no one there has put up trail signs or put out a map or something.
