I have a 1997 summit 583 and have noticed a huge change Iin fuel consumption and need assistance to troubleshoot problem areas .

i have a good friend who just had electric start put on his 04 600 , he now has a speedometer that just goes up to 120 and sporatic readings since getting the upgrade done . i would appreciate any help as to what might have happened to make it do this .
