Has anyone had experience with titanium pipe on there sled? Lookin to lighten sled substantially with this mod from bdx/ssi. Just curious how well it will hold up or will it? Being a different flexibility metal etc
Other mod considering instead might be belt drive kit.

400$ more than others worth it. Still not really convinced. Not everyone has a money tree. All i have is words that he is great. Has anyone compared dyno tests or rode machines on decked cylinders vs not on n.aspirated? I here they perform well with boosted machines.
Question I have is he is one of the only ones that decks the cylinders when porting. Other companies say that cause lose of power others say increase bottom end. Need more reassurance that this is the way to go. Lookn to get more of an m8 throttle response out of a m1. Manly for boondocking...
One quick question. I'm sure you run aftermarket skis. I have SLPs and keep squashing the stock rubber under spindle bushings. Then the skis start floppin and dartin. Do you have a solution or maybe know of a aftermarket neoprene or something?
Your thread is very convincing. Bought and installed 3" 162. Thanks for the tips. Night and day. Cant keep the skis on the snow. Performance is put to use with traction. Cheers
Got 3" on, holy hack job. Really tuff job to do myself. Never do that again. Still have problems though. Nuts on right side of sled for brake assembly are rubbing really bad. Might ware in to side of paddles after a day of riding. ? That was an unforeseen. Defiantly have to cut right dwn to...
