If it's an early build, you may need an extra screw to help the plastic go back as it's been curved for a while. :) If you've got an 18 and need some advice on the intake thing, give Mark a call he can definitely help you out!

We found the problem - It's a mounting screw that was a c hair away from where it should have been and created enough stress in the panel to cause a slight wow. If that screw is relocated its fixed! :)
