Hi I am wondering if anyone has jetting chart and clutching for 96 Storm PSI pipes ? Im staring on rebuilding the motor and need a baseline to start from.

im running boondocker nos with rk tek 13.5 head. you just have to run a little race fuel so you dont detonate. I use mine around 6000 ft so it doesnt take much extra octane to keep alive. also depends how well tuned your nos is. setup is critical for engine life.

Every 2 years i take mine appart ,clean and grease the brgs

One trick that works good for me is undo dpm vent line and make sure its drained right dry before pulling over. Starts in half the pulls, u still have to hold wide open.

Ive ran a drop in kit for 4 years in my 04 800. The jetting is usually smaller than stock.Also get your mpem reprogramed make a good differance. The jetting size should be in your instructions or just go onto his web page and take a look under instructions. And if you dont reclutch it wont pull...

they still have a cam chain , its just short ,goes from crank to cam in the bottom end .
