I don't come on much...always to busy But a pet peeve of mine is how there's always guys stirring up chit on the forums..usually guys from other forums must be boring at the other sites and that makes them come here to raise chit.

It'll take more than a drive out there to find 'real answers' -not exactly an information booth there for you. Maybe call the MOF. You drive out there, you'll find what the rest of us did...totally blocked off road indicating you pass it you are breaking the law and can be fined! Might be a guy...
