How can I replace the wires? Is it just the plastic clip that holds them in the coil, or do they screw into the coil also. When I took them out of the coil one had the pin that goes into the wire still in it and the other one stayed in the coil. Already broke one plastic clip trying to...

Thanks for your input guys. Had the dealer put in a short block, so it cost me $2,700.00 with a on year warranty. This has turned out to be one expentive sled already. And the really bad part of it all is I missed four good weekends of snow.

Dads 583 just had the same problem. ( clutch side was flooding) Replaced the plug cap and all is good now.

Thanks for the input: We have checked, double checked, and triple checked the carbs, Both plugs are burning the same, so dont think there is a problem with the carbs. Have checked the rubber boot and they are in good shape. Now we are wondering if it could be the seal inside the motor.
